While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or accurate. You should independently verify all property information before making decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DCH Real Estate & Property Management or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Limitation of Liability

DCH Real Estate & Property Management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any property transaction. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DCH Real Estate & Property Management, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms (RealtyNX Operational SMS)

Program name: RealtyNX Operational SMS (operated by DCH Real Estate & Property Management).

1. Program description. By opting in through your account Settings page on realtynx.com, you agree to receive operational SMS messages related to your role on the platform. Messages may include call summaries, missed-call alerts, inbound-call transfer notifications, lead and transaction status updates, appointment and closing reminders, and account or security notices. This is not a marketing program.
2. Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you, or turn off the SMS Notifications toggle in your account Settings. After you send "STOP", we will send one final SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To opt back in, re-enable the toggle in Settings.
3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or contact us directly at support@realtynx.com or (786) 656-0732.
4. Carrier disclaimer. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message frequency & rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity on the platform (typically a few messages per week, up to several per day during active transactions). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
